In order to keep you fully informed you will be provided, prior to any treatment rendered, a complete treatment plan. This will include a complete breakdown of our fees and when indicated a estimate of your insurance benefit. We will ask for either full or partial payment at the time of service depending on your insurance coverage.
We offer the following payment options to accommodate your financial needs:
- Cash or check
- Visa or MasterCard
- Financing/Monthly payments for Invisalign
- 5% discount for payment in full on day of service with cash or check
- 10% discount for senior citizens paying by cash or check
If special arrangements are needed, please talk to our office manager prior to receiving service.
Do You Accept My Insurance?
We are a preferred provider for Delta Dental, Premera and Regence and will submit all insurance claims for you. We will fully attempt to help you receive maximum insurance benefits; however, you are personally responsible for your account, and we encourage you to contact us if your policy has not paid within 30 days.
